The website provides an online portfolio where visitors may browse and purchase fine art prints on paper or canvas. Some artworks or links may direct you to third-party websites operated by independent artists or vendors.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase goods or services.
4. Third-Party Artists and External Stores
Some artworks or links on this website may direct you to third-party websites operated independently of Fine Photos. Any goods or services purchased from third-party websites are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
Fine Photos is not responsible for the content, products, services, delivery, returns, or refunds offered by third parties.
5. Orders and Production
All artworks sold directly through Fine Photos are made to order in Western Australia. Please review product descriptions, artwork dimensions, and pricing carefully before completing your purchase.
6. Delivery
Domestic delivery:
Orders are dispatched once full payment is received. Dispatch times typically range from 1–10 business days, depending on the product. Delivery times after dispatch are typically 2–14 days, depending on the location and courier service used.
International delivery:
International orders require a signature on delivery. If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period (usually 10 days), it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping costs will be payable by the customer.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
7. Loss or Damage in Transit
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you should notify the relevant postal or courier service as soon as possible and contact us at finephotos1@hotmail.com.
Replacement of lost or damaged items will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Returns and Refunds
Fine Photos manages returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind: Returns or refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.
Faulty or damaged goods: If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
Return requests: Any return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, with a valid reason.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued for the cost of the returned product only. Shipping costs and payment processing fees are not refundable. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
For goods purchased from third-party websites, the third party’s returns and refunds policy applies.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where permitted by law, our liability for breach of any guarantee is limited to:
Replacement of the goods;
Supply of equivalent goods; or
Payment of the cost of replacing the goods or services.
